- I used to live in Munich, and one day when I was missing the place and doing an image search, I was struck by what I thought are the best images of Oktoberfest. What are they? Women in dirndls drinking whole liters (Maß) of beer. They seem to capture all that I loved about Munich: beer, Oktoberfest (and other beer fests) and pretty girls! So here is my tribute.
